Upon request, we offer the convenience of delivering or collecting a specific vehicle at your home, hotel, or other locations in Los Angeles. Please note that pick-up or drop-off fees may apply.

  1. **Hotel Delivery:**

We extend our delivery service to hotels, but the customer must be present to sign the rental agreement. Additional drop-off fees are applicable for hotel deliveries outside the LAX area.

  1. **Seat Removal for Luggage Space:**

If you require additional luggage space, we can remove the last row seats, accommodating 11 people (10 passengers and the driver) with some luggage space in a 15-passenger van E350. Please specify this preference in the comments section during online reservations. There is a nominal $25 charge for seat removal, and for transit vans, two middle seats of the last row can be removed.

**Accepted Forms of Payment:**

Payment for rental fees can be made using cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. However, it is imperative that a valid credit/debit card is on file.

  1. **Additional Driver Charges:**

Yes, additional charges apply if more than one person will be driving the rental vehicle. The second driver must be 21 or older, presenting a valid driver’s license and credit card. Spouses automatically qualify as authorized drivers if they hold a valid driver’s license and meet age restrictions.

  1. **VLF/VLRF and Cleaning Fee:**

Unlike some rental services, we do not impose Vehicle License Recovery Fee (VLF/VLRF). However, we have a one-time service fee. Regarding cleanliness, our vehicles are non-smoking and regularly cleaned. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged for tobacco odor, pet hair, excessive dirt, stains, or residue upon return.

  1. **Fuel Charges:**

Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level it was given. If the fuel tank is not full upon return, a refueling charge of $35 plus fuel cost will be applied.

  1. **Pre-paid or Upfront Fuel Option:**

While not mandatory, we offer the convenience of paying for a full tank of fuel before the pick-up date. This option allows you to return our vans at any fuel level, eliminating additional fees.

  1. **Traffic, Parking, or Toll Tickets:**

Renters are liable for any traffic, parking, or toll tickets incurred during the rental period. A $35 admin fee or 20% additional service fee will be charged for tickets we pay on your behalf. Toll fees must be paid before entering toll roads, bridges, or crossings, and a $15 admin fee will be added to any toll evasion notices received.

  1. **Underage Charges:**

Additional charges apply to customers aged 21-24 years old for minivans, while for full-size vans, the renter should be at least 25 years old.

Toll roads require payment, and if you drive our vehicles on them, you will be charged for tolls plus a Toll Pass charge of $15 per rental. You can add Toll Road transponder to your rental as well.

**Valid Driver’s License in Every State:**

A valid license issued in your state or country is acceptable in other states you visit. However, our vehicles are confined to California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. If you plan to drive to other states, please contact us for guidance.

**International Borders and Travel to Mexico or Canada:**

Vehicle use is restricted to the Continental United States, and it must remain within the USA. Special requirements, additional insurance, and management approval are necessary for travel to Mexico, so kindly contact us in advance so we can add Mexico’s insurance to your rental agreement.

**Early Vehicle Return:**

Returning the rental van ahead of schedule is permitted. However, there will be no refund for unused portions of the reservation, and no extra fees are charged for breaking the rental agreement. Be aware that returning the vehicle early may alter any discounted rates.

**Daily Mileage Allowance:**

Our fleet rentals, including passenger and cargo vans, come with 150 free miles per day. Additional miles are charged at a rate of 45 to 50 cents per mile. Vehicles are restricted to driving in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

In the event that an indicator light illuminates on the dashboard of our passenger vans, which, though exceptional, can be quite sensitive to various factors such as temperature fluctuations, changes in altitude, or different fuel brands, we kindly ask you to promptly inform Van Rental Los Angeles office. To cancel a reservation without incurring charges, do so up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations within 7 days result in a charge of 50% of the total or a minimum $300 fee. For one-way rentals, long weekends, holidays, and Christmas, a minimum $500 cancellation fee applies. Failure to notify us of cancellations or a no-show up to 2 hours late results in the collection of the total rental fee from the responsible party’s credit card.
